Description:

Concave discus encircled by moulding, depicting winged Cupid with wheel (or shield) and staff. Rounded nozzle flanked by volutes. Defined circular base.

Fabric: Buff clay with mottled dark red and vermilion slip.

Manufacture: Mould made.

Condition: Nozzle tip missing.

Notes:

Comments:
Probably Cupid dressed as Mars with wicker(?) shield and spear.
