Description:

Narrow sloping shoulder, concave discus encircled by groove, depicting couple on draped bed, the man at l. expressing alarm and raising sheet to reveal a crocodile(?) biting the foot of the woman at r. Rounded nozzle flanked by single volutes. Defined circular base, impressed stamp LMADIEC.
