Date: 80 - 120 AD

Description:

Narrow sloping shoulder, concave discus encircled by groove, depicting two gladiators, figure at l. kneeling before standing figure at r. Rounded nozzle flanked by volutes. Defined circular base, impressed stamp encrusted and illegible.


Fabric: Light tan clay with orange slip.

Manufacture: Mould made.

Size (cm): L. 9.5, W. 6.6, H. 2.5

Condition: Discus broken and chipped.
