Submit a Guide |
|
We very much welcome participation from our members and
readers at Romulus 2.
If you have written a guide or other article which you would like to share, please submit it to us using the
form at the bottom of this page.
Please read through the following Guidelines before sending: |
Guidelines |
General:
- All submissions will be fully credited to the name you provide on the
form.
- Please check your grammar and spelling. (It makes any editing necessary
much easier for us!)
- To make your text more readable it is always wise to split it into paragraphs
or sections, each dealing with a specific point.
- If your text is long, try to break it down with suitable subheadings.
- Make absolutely sure that your information is correct.
- Your article must be original. If you do quote from another source,
make the quote short and clearly attribute it to the author.
- Articles should be at least 250 words but can be as long as you like.
Using the form:
- Remember to fill in all fields.
- The email address you provide must be valid but it will not appear with
your article unless you specifically request that it is included.
- Enter the form with plain text. Please do not use HTML tags.
If you wish to emphasise a subheading or other point, use capital letters or enclose it by asterisks (*text*).
- If you need to provide hyperlinks, enter the name for the link and then
follow it with the URL in brackets.
Tips:
- Write offline: Write your article offline in your word processor
and then simply cut-and-paste your article into the form when you are online.
- Illustrations: If you would like to illustrate your article,
indicate in the text where you would like the images to go ("Figure 1", "Figure 2", etc.) and
send them to us as either JPGs or GIFs in a separate email. (Remember to refer to the title
of your article in the email so we can tie them in!)
